BOSTON, MA \u2013 Consigli\u2019s Phil Brault\u00a0recently\u00a0spoke\u00a0on WCVB\u2019s Chronicle<\/a>\u00a0about the complexities of renovating a historic building\u00a0located\u00a0in the\u00a0Charlestown Navy Yard\u00a0into the\u00a0Chain Forge Hotel<\/a>.\u00a0 He joined our client,\u00a0Tom Miller of Kavanagh Advisory Group, who discussed the building’s history and existing conditions.\u00a0 The building\u2014 listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a national historic landmark\u2014 was\u00a0formerly used as a place for forging and assembling anchor chains.\u00a0 Once completed, it will be a boutique hotel with a feature restaurant.<\/p>\n
