The conference focuses on advances in Lean design and construction throughout New England and across the country.<\/p>\n<p>Applied to project design and delivery, Lean practices aim to maximize value and minimize waste and have changed the way work is done throughout a project\u2019s lifespan in the industry.<\/p>\n<p>Consigli Construction CEO Anthony Consigli will participate in a panel titled \u201cA Commitment to Lean and What It\u2019s Doing for Clients and Companies.\u201d Joining the panel to discuss their firms\u2019 applications of Lean project delivery and how it benefits clients and corporate initiatives alike include leaders from J.C. Cannistraro and TRO Boston.<\/p>\n<p>Other speakers from Consigli include Superintendent Matt Guimond and Director of Lean Strategy Cynthia C.Y. Tsao, Ph.D.<\/p>\n<p>Guimond will lead a project site tour of the Schumann Library at the Wentworth Institute of Technology to show the Lean practices that propel this complex academic renovation forward.
