DOBBS FERRY, NY \u2013<\/strong> Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management (KCCM) of Pleasant Valley, along with architect Noelker and Hull Associates, Inc., broke ground on Friday, September 19th<\/sup> for a new 100,000 square-foot student residence hall at Mercy College\u2019s Dobbs Ferry campus.<\/p>\n In addition to providing much needed student housing, the four-story, 350-bed apartment-style residence hall will add significantly to the student experience on campus, with dining, fitness facilities and commons with shops.\u00a0 Construction will also include extensive site work and utility upgrades.
