HYDE PARK, NY \u2013<\/strong> Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management, (KCCM) celebrated the topping off of the Culinary Institute of America\u2019s (CIA) Marriott Pavilion on Monday, June 24, 2013.\u00a0 The event marked the placement of the last metal truss at the highest elevation of the new three-story, 40,000 sq. ft. conference center.<\/p>\n Located at the heart of the CIA\u2019s main campus in Hyde Park, the new building includes a two-story, 800-seat theatre, seminar rooms and demonstration kitchens which will ultimately add a state-of-the art facility similar to those at the CIA\u2019s California and Texas campuses to the New York campus.
