WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC)’s annual summer camp for middle- and high-school aged girls in DC, and Consigli’s partnership and support for the weeklong program aimed at encouraging more girls to consider careers in the trades, was featured in the Washington Post.

As the construction industry continues to face workforce challenges, opportunities like Camp NAWIC support Consigli’s efforts to help develop a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
