MILFORD, MA –<\/strong> Consigli\u2019s all-women project team provided a unique\u2014and welcome\u2014perspective during the renovation of the YWCA in Worcester, Massachusetts.<\/p>\n \u201cStaruk says these are all signs that the construction industry is starting to evolve. A women-led management team is certainly uncommon, she concedes, but filling the top roles with women wasn\u2019t a gimmick. \u201cIt wasn\u2019t just that we had one woman in each individual role,\u201d Staruk says. \u201cI had several women that I could pick from.
