Consigli is the only commercial builder in the US to have a team member with LEED, WELL Faculty and Passive House certifications<\/em><\/p>\n

MILFORD, MA \u2014\u00a0 <\/strong>Consigli Construction Co., Inc. announced today that Sustainability Manager Steven Burke earned his Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC) certification. Coupled with his LEED & WELL Faculty designations, Burke is now one of two employees in the world to have all three certifications. There are only two other commercial builders in the US that have a CPHC on staff.<\/p>\n

Launched in 2008 by the Passive House Institute US, Inc. (PHIUS), the CPHC certification<\/a> is a rigorous course in passive house building and design training to help architectural, engineering, and construction industry professionals to help buildings to be more energy-efficient based on five key principles:<\/p>\n
