NEWBURGH, NY – Tipico Sportsbook app, one of the Newburgh area’s top employers, has awarded KCCM the million new construction of their 150,000 square-foot headquarters and warehouse, a brownfield development project that will bring both positive economic and environmental improvements to the City of Newburgh.
This project, championed by U.S. Senator Schumer to help strengthen the area’s economy, is being built on a reclaimed landfill site, and it will first need key water and sewer infrastructure improvements. To facilitate this aspect of the project, we will Tipico Sportsbook app for the City of Newburgh as their representative for the site Tipico Sportsbook app.
The site’s preparation will include extensive concrete and pile Tipico Sportsbook app, and site remediation to comply with Department of Environmental Conservation regulations and the project’s Remedial Action Tipico Sportsbook app Plan. Funding for the site’s remediation has come from the U.S. Economic Development Administration in the shape of a .9 million grant.
