In his new role, Thomas will manage Consigli’s Maine day-to-day operations, business strategy and team leadership. He has been at Consigli for 20 years and has a proven track record of leading some of the largest and most challenging projects in the academic, healthcare and life sciences markets in the region.

Thomas’ promotion to Director of Operations will allow Tonello to focus on key client relationships. He will continue to serve in a leadership role that builds on his mass timber expertise and will provide executive level guidance and oversight of Consigli’s most complex projects.

Thomas serves as a member of the Associated General Contractors of Maine’s Building Committee, and engages with various local industry organizations, including the Bioscience Association of Maine, the Maine Hospital Association, the Maine Healthcare Engineers Society and MEREDA. In addition to his industry leadership, Thomas serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Epic Experience, a non-profit organization aimed at empowering adult cancer survivors to live beyond cancer.

Rand is a Capital Region native with nearly two decades of industry experience and a proven track record of leading complex projects ranging from fast-track renovations to large, challenging projects throughout the area. Rand first joined Consigli in 2006 and returned to Albany in 2013 to support the building of Consigli’s regional office. Her roles throughout her career with Consigli have contributed to driving growth for both the Albany and Pleasant Valley offices and the training and development of the project management department.

Additionally, she led the construction of the University at Albany, SUNY Emerging Technology and Entrepreneurship Complex (ETEC).

Rand was named a 40 Under 40 Honoree by the Albany Business Review in recognition of her distinction as an individual representing leading industries shaping the Capital Region’s economy and workforce. In addition to her operational and project excellence, Rand actively works to empower young women in the construction industry and leads Consigli’s community outreach and involvement efforts. She is also involved in the ACE Mentor Program, an award-winning organization designed to attract students to architecture, construction and engineering careers to create a more equitable and diverse industry.

Jody Staruk joined Consigli in 2003 as a project engineer and has managed projects spanning public to private, small to large, fast-track to multi-year and complex renovations to new buildings. Her past work includes construction of the Garthwaite Center for Science and Art at the Cambridge School of Weston, a residence hall at Framingham State University and a residence and dining facility at Worcester State University. She is currently managing the renovation of Miller and Houston Halls at Tufts University.

Staruk has played a large role in the development of department operations for more than 14 years, helping Consigli evolve their processes and ensuring system efficiencies for projects and training. Staruk holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

“Jody is an extremely hard-working, smart construction professional and her work in so many areas over the last 15 years has been outstanding,” said Anthony Consigli, CEO of Consigli. “She is immensely respected, by both her clients and co-workers and we are incredibly excited to see her flourish tipico sports betting appin this new leadership position.”

Phil Brault has been with Consigli for more than 11 years and has overseen some of the company’s most challenging and complex historic restoration projects including the New York State Capital building, the Boston Public Library Central Library and the renovation and expansion of Harvard University’s Gore Hall. Brault is currently managing construction of a four-building complex at the Tanglewood Music Center in the Berkshires. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Northeastern.
