]]> BOSTON, MA – Consigli’s Phil Brault recently spoke on WCVB’s Chronicle about the complexities of renovating a historic building located in the Charlestown Navy Yard into the Chain Forge Hotel.  He joined our client, Tom Miller of Kavanagh Advisory Group, who discussed the building’s history and existing conditions.  The building— listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a national historic landmark— was formerly used as a place for forging and assembling anchor chains.  Once completed, it will be a boutique hotel with a feature restaurant.
