To meet the increased demand for affordable housing in Chinatown, the Chinese Economic Development Council, Inc. embarked on this major development to provide 67 residential units for the community.
The project included complex urban logistics, with a tight site on Oxford Street in the heart of the congested Chinatown district. With no laydown area, the project required re-routing of traffic, just-in-time deliveries, careful sequencing of disruptive work and other measures to mitigate neighborhood tipico sports betting appimpacts.
