As part of their continued program to enhance residential life facilities, the leadership of UMass Lowell embarked on major renovations to two residence tipico sportsbook built as mirror images in 1967. These aging residence tipico sportsbook were in need of significant M/E/P and code upgrades, requiring hazardous material abatement and extensive demolition, along with the integration of expanded community spaces, to bring the facilities up to current campus standards.
With the two residence tipico sportsbook housing over 600 students, only one residence hall could be taken offline at a time. Bourgeois Hall saw the phase 1 renovations, receiving all new M/E/P systems, ADA and life safety code upgrades, the construction of a new Resident Director apartment and new architectural finishes throughout. Once completed, students moved back into Bourgeois and then Leitch Hall was taken offline for the same level of renovations. The project is being carefully managed around an active campus site. All work was completed on a fast-track schedule.
