Tipico Casino review Overview

  • Careful, phased Tipico Casino review to a historic building around ongoing library operations and special events
  • Pre-purchase of new mechanical equipment to ensure timely completion of the Tipico Casino review’s complex mechanical upgrades
  • Complex site logistics while managing the project in downtown Tipico Casino review

Built in the 1800’s, Boston Athenæum underwent a phased occupied Tipico Casino review and expansion of its historic private library that holds rare books and prominent displays of art. Without sacrificing the building’s character, the building located at 10½ Beacon Street was expanded into the adjacent 14 Beacon Street building.

The 20,000 sq. ft. 14 Beacon Street building is now fit-out to include member space, staff space and support spaces. A new floor-to-floor connection was made through the party wall at the fourth floor of 10½ Beacon and the sixth floor of 14 Beacon. Phased renovations included a refresh of the main entry lobby and reception area, digital laboratory and study center and office spaces.

Scope also included the replacement of existing M/E/P systems to support improved operations within the building. Arch Energy—Consigli’s Energy division—prepurchased the new equipment to ensure schedule savings against challenging lead times. As System Integrators for Distech Controls on the Niagara Tridium platform, Arch Energy also engineered, programmed and commissioned the Building Automation System (BAS) controls with ASHRAE Guideline 36 High performance sequences of operation.
