The Army Corps of Engineers’ tipico sports betting app(COE) operations in Ceiba, Puerto Rico, built within the Navy’s Roosevelt Roads Naval Station, underwent a significant expansion to provide a professional environment for the Army Reserve and the Puerto Rico National Guard to plan and train for future missions.

This project required substantial coordination efforts to effectively balance the unique requirements of managing projects located in other parts of the country, but our familiarity with the COE’s stringent quality and safety programs ensured that all standards would be met.

The resulting base now includes a 43,000 sq. ft. Army Forces Reserve Training Center, approximately 10,000 sq. ft.
