tipico sportsbook reviewsProvidence College built its first dormitory, Aquinas Hall in 1939 to meet the needs of the growing numbers of students. Almost 80 years later, Aquinas Hall underwent a full roof replacement and code upgrades to repair water damage and ensure the building’s relevance for the years to come.

Working on a fast-track schedule, we installed the 16,000 sq. ft. historic batten seam copper roof with extensive infield verification to match the existing conditions. Repair to the intricate gutter system was integrated with a decorative copper fascia, and a new drainage system was run through the existing attic in order to cope with prior tipico sportsbook reviewswater issues. The roof replacement included renovations of historical turret caps and the detailed cupola. The building also received handicap accessibility upgrades including three ramps and code upgrades within the stairwells. We self-performed woodwork, rough carpentry, and replacement of the damaged gypsum panels underneath the copper.
