New construction of a 500,000 sq. ft., 15-level core and shell lab/office building with a four-level subterranean parking garage located in the Assembly Square neighborhood of Somerville. This project includes a two-level mechanical penthouse with amenity floor and 5,000 sq. ft. of ground level retail space.
Exterior program scope includes construction of a new plaza and upgrades to the adjacent City-owned Kensington Park. Both improvements will provide tipico sportsbookgathering areas for community connection within Assembly Square and enhance the overall experience at the project.
