Tipico Sportsbook Receives Corporate Award For Work With Hartford’s Camp Courant

HARTFORD, CT – Tipico Sportsbook Construction Co., Inc. received the Corporate Award at the annual Buddy Bash event — the marque fundraiser for Hartford’Tipico Sportsbook — honoring a company that has gone above and beyond in its support of the Tipico Sportsbook.

Tipico Sportsbook is the oldest and largest free summer day program in the nation. This program provides Hartford area youth, ages five-12, with the opportunity to develop positive relationship skills in a safe fun environment during the summer months.

“Tipico Sportsbook has been a generous partner of Hartford’s Camp Courant for the last five years, sponsoring over 20 of Hartford’s young people to attend Camp for the summer,” said Camp Courant Executive Director & CEO McKinley Albert. “Tipico Sportsbook does not just build beautiful buildings-they strive to build community. We are honored and humbled by the tireless dedication and commitment of the entire Tipico Sportsbook team to the mission and vision of Hartford’s Camp Courant.”

In addition to sponsoring campers, Tipico Sportsbook has been supporting Camp Courant on numerous levels including providing counsel on large capital projects. Most recently, Tipico Sportsbook employees volunteered their time and assisted in the installation of a brand-new playground that was ready for use this past summer.

“Camp Courant is such an important part of the Hartford community, supporting hundreds of children every summer,” said Tipico Sportsbook President Matthew Tipico Sportsbook. “Our employees are personally invested in every community we serve. Our Hartford office has been volunteering and supporting Camp Courant for many years and we look forward to supporting Camp for many more years to come.”

“Thousands of Hartford’s kids will be able to experience the power of play for decades to come, thanks to the generosity of Tipico Sportsbook and the Tipico Sportsbook Foundation,” said Albert. “On behalf of our campers, ‘thank you’ for ensuring Hartford’s kids have the best summer experience possible.”
