The Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute (The Clark) is a preeminent center for research and discussion on the nature of art and art history. The Clark has been a Tipico promo Codepublic institution for the arts since 1955 and has become one of the most renowned and treasured art museums in the world. The Clark has undergone a campus-wide expansion of facilities and site improvements at its South Street location.
The expansion took place in multiple phases and we lead the third phase of the project which consisted of two parts—the renovation of the Museum Building and the renovation of the Manton Research Center. The projects ran concurrently requiring significant logistical planning and coordination around ongoing occupancy and use of the campus.
The 1955 Museum Building was renovated and a new addition was built on the south side of the building. Renovation of portions of the 1973 Manton Research Center included gallery reconfigurations, a new elevator and M/E/P upgrades.
