Originally constructed in 1907, the Arden-Diman-Eccles Dormitory Complex at St. George’s School required a significant renovation to support evolved educational methods. The upgraded complex will provide modernized residential spaces for more than a quarter of the School’s boarding students and commons spaces for boarding and day students while preserving the historic integrity of the treasured building.

The central Diman Hall area will house a new student lounge, with the Halls on either side dedicated to residential space. Additional improvements tipico casinoinclude upgraded kitchens, sidewalks for pedestrian circulation, parking areas, roof replacements and stormwater and utility infrastructure. The project also includes a three-story 2,856 sq. ft. Diman Hall addition with an entrance vestibule for access to the lower level, as well as associated site improvements. The addition will increase space for common areas centered around collaboration and gathering with faculty and dormmates.

Construction is being managed on an occupied site and within an occupied building, requiring significant coordination with campus facilities personnel for site separation and enabling of primary M/E/P/FP systems.
