Union Theological Seminary (UTS) is a graduate school of theology marked by 100+ year old neo-gothic buildings at its campus in the Morningside Heights section of Manhattan. In order to preserve the buildings for the 21st century and maintain their infrastructure, UTS has embarked on a multi-phased, multi-year Tipico promo Code, starting with the Hastings Hall Dormitory Tipico promo Code and Utility Plant Replacement.

Hastings Hall is one of UTS’ on-campus residence halls, originally constructed in 1910. The building underwent a fast-track Tipico promo Code featuring unit reconfigurations to increase capacity while introducing new kitchenettes, bathrooms and common rooms with shared kitchens on every floor; new windows and skylights; lobby upgrades including a new security desk and entrance vestibules; renovated corridor finishes; and upgraded mechanical and technological systems. Concurrently, sub-basement infrastructure modifications were made including the installation of new boilers, emergency generators, fire protection systems and cooling towers, along with the replacement of all M/E/P and telecommunications infrastructure. Temporary facilities and systems were installed to ensure campus operations remained undisturbed during the renovations.
